[05.20.11] Girls' Generation Chosen as Leader of Girl Groups by Successful Men in their 40's

One of South Korea's top fashion brands for men, Galaxy, conducted a survey to find out who men in their 40's thought was the leader of girl groups. Girls' Generation received an overwhelming number of votes and was ranked first with 62.7%, proving once again their top status. 2NE1 came 2nd with 13.3% followed by Kara (10.8%), Brown Eyed Girls (6%), After School and Secret (both with 2.4%). After the 1st generation of girl groups like Fin.K.L and SES, the 2nd generation of girl groups are gaining popularity for their all-round talents not just in their home country, but in places like Japan and Europe as well.
